1955 Hobbyline Travel Trailer
- Complete tear down to the frame
- New wheel bearings, packed
- Disassembled springs, wire brushed, sanded and greased
- Added 3 new steel cross members to frame
- Sanded and painted frame
- 1/4" plywood, tarred for belly pan
- 3/4" foil insulation in floor
- 1/2" plywood floor
- 12" commercial grade tile flooring, cut to vintage 9" style. Sealed and waxed.
- New insulated interior side walls with jointed framing plus glued
- Foil foam insulated walls
- New wiring thoroughout including interior and running lights
- Fuse box installed with fuse on each individual light, fan, two sconces, one overhead double reading light
- Original sink light rewired to 12v
- New 12v enclosed gel battery
- Added outside step light
- All new birch paneling throughout
- Original cabinets, stripped and refinished
- Entire interior refinished with lacquer
- New laminate on kitchen counter and drop table
- New 12 gallon custom poly water tank added with inlet
- New metal hand pump that was converted to 12v
- Original ice box refinished and insulated
- Original two burner propane stove
- New copper gas lines
- Original hardware cleaned and polished
- Two 12v receptacles added
- Three 110v electric plug-ins added, 2 are GFI
